DEPOSIT: $300.00 is required for each student. This deposit is credited to your account at the end of May of the last year your child attends the school.

• A $50 Sibling Discount will be given for each child enrolled at WMS. It will be credited to your last payment of the year (May).
• Visa or MasterCard accepted. Arrangements can be made for monthly automatic charges to a Visa or MasterCard – see office.
• We appreciate those paying yearly and offer a 3% discount (check or cash only – does not apply to credit card payment).
• Ten monthly payment schedule installments are due on July 1, 2011 and on the first day of each month September 2011 through May 2012.
• A prorated monthly tuition schedule applies for children starting after the beginning of the school year.
• Eighteen (18) hours of Community Service time per year is required for each family. If parents are unable to complete this requirement, $10.00 per unfulfilled hour will be charged to accounts by May 2012. If you have a child at Kalispell Montessori Elementary, we request that an equal portion of these Community Service hours are completed at our campus.
• Child care is available on the Woodland Campus for non-school days (such as Christmas vacation or any day which is noted: "NO SCHOOL, CHILD CARE AVAILABLE BY RESERVATION") at an additional cost.
• Each child will be the host for morning snack approximately once per month (classroom systems vary). WMS will provide a healthy and nutritious lunch and afternoon snacks daily.
• All families enrolling through the Nurturing Center will be charged the State child care rate for tuition.
• A limited number of financial scholarships are available. Please contact the office for an application.
